Welcome to Growzy Payment Gateways. By creating an account, generating API credentials, or utilizing our UPI gateway infrastructure, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Eligibility & Security

You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally registered entity in India or recognized jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API secret keys, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens. Any action executed with your API credentials is mathematically presumed to be authorized by you.

2. Deposit & UPI QR Rules

• Dynamic UPI QR codes are valid for a strict duration of 5 minutes (300 seconds). Payments initiated after session expiry are subject to manual verification.
• Users must submit a valid 12-digit Indian banking UTR (Unique Transaction Reference). Submitting fabricated, duplicate, or third-party UTRs constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and wallet freeze.
• All deposit amounts are credited to the user wallet ledger upon validation with 0% gateway deposit fees.

3. Withdrawals & Payout Rails

• Withdrawal requests are locked atomically from your available balance into a held state (held_balance).
• A standard administrative and banking processing fee (default 6.00%) is transparently calculated and deducted at request initiation.
• Payouts are dispatched exclusively to verified Indian Virtual Payment Addresses (UPI VPAs).

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

Merchants integrating via the REST API or Telegram Bot gateways must sign every mutating HTTP request using HMAC-SHA256 with timestamp tolerance within 300 seconds and unique nonces. Attempts to circumvent rate limits, probe private IPs via webhooks (SSRF), or manipulate idempotent keys will result in immediate API key revocation.

5. Prohibited Activities

Growzy may not be used for illegal gambling, unlicensed forex trading, counterfeit goods, or any activity prohibited under Indian law (including PMLA and IT Act 2000). Refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for comprehensive details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growzy provides its fintech platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall GrowzyLabs be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from banking network downtimes, NPCI UPI switch outages, or merchant-side key compromise.
